Founder and CEO of Springboard. A Nigerian social entrepreneur and farmer, he is a founding member of the Innovative Cooperative for Optimal Nutrition, ‘ICON’ (Launched by 17 Social Entrepreneurs, Ashoka fellows with support from CTA, to scale up social innovations for Nutrition in West Africa).

Helen Afere (COO/Co-Founder)

Helen Afere, a Business Administration graduate from Covenant University, Nigeria and also a professional in business Management, Helen is the co-founder of Springboard. Helen focuses on the running and operational management of the organisation. She is also a professional photographer and serves as one of the Springboard mentors for Rural Girls in Nigeria under the Springboard Community Development program.
